Our goal is to earn genuinely outstanding experiences that deserve 5 stars. When something falls short, we believe it’s more respectful and helpful to hear from you privately so we can make improvements without putting pressure on guests to post negative public reviews.
What if my experience was more like 3 or 4 stars?
We absolutely still want to hear from you—just through the private feedback form instead of Google. Tell us what happened, what could have been better, and any suggestions you have. Many of our best improvements have come from thoughtful 3–4 star experiences shared privately.
